This event is intended for those who are currently looking to purchase a home. To qualify for the first two prize packages, participants must have a finalized contract on their Newcastle Home at the time of the drawing. The winners of these two packages will receive their prizes either during the closing of their Newcastle home or delivered to them if the closing occurs before the drawing. 

The remaining seven winners, who will receive a $100 Visa gift card, are not obligated to buy a house to claim their prize. They will be contacted using the information provided on their entry form to arrange prize collection.
