Newcastle Homes Announces Phase 5 Now Open in Riverbend at Old Cahaba in Helena, AL

Newcastle Homes just released Phase V homesites in Riverbend at Old Cahaba, a master planned community in Helena. The newest phase will add an additional 53 homesites to the already established community in Shelby County. Newcastle Homes has partnered with Newcastle Construction, LLC to develop 150 lots so far in Riverbend at Old Cahaba homesites in Helena off County Road 17 and Hwy 52 just minutes from Helena Schools.

The Old Cahaba master planned community includes two lakes which are regularly assessed and treated by a professional lake maintenance company.
