Newcastle Homes Announces Phase 6 Is Now Open in Riverbend at Old Cahaba in Helena, AL

Newcastle Homes just released Phase VI homesites in Riverbend at Old Cahaba, a master planned community in Helena. The newest phase will add an additional 31 homesites to the already established community in Shelby County.

Newcastle Homes has partnered with Newcastle Construction, LLC to develop over 200 lots in Riverbend at Old Cahaba in Helena off County Road 17 and Hwy 52 just minutes from Helena Schools. Old Cahaba Homeowners have the use of two swimming pools, one private tennis court, Pavilion, Clubhouse and two playgrounds. The amenities also includes two lakes, which are regularly assessed and treated by a professional lake maintenance company.

Phase VI will include Single Family Homes, a select number of Premium Homesites, and Basement Homes are still available. As the exclusive builder in Riverbend, Newcastle Homes has priced homes in the $270s to $340’s.
