Newcastle Homes Announces Shannon Pate as new Vice President of Construction

Birmingham, AL ­­– October 11, 2019 – Newcastle Homes is pleased to announce that Shannon Pate has been appointed the Vice President of Construction, and will be joining the team in the Pelham office.

Shannon has been working as a real estate professional in Birmingham Metro Area for almost 25 years.  As a second generation homebuilder, he began his career building custom homes.  Through the years, he has broadened his knowledge, gaining experience as a high-volume production builder, a consultant for owner-builders, and as a successful real estate sales professional.  Before joining Newcastle Homes, Shannon was Project Manager and Senior builder for a 4,000 acre master-planned community, building semi-custom luxury homes in Vestavia Hills.

With an eye for detail and a commitment to quality, Shannon has developed a reputation for delivering high quality homes while providing an exceptional experience for homebuyers.  He has also been recognized for high levels of customer service and eagerness to mentor his colleagues.
