Newcastle Homes Announces the Appointment of Shawn E Arterburn as President

Birmingham, AL ­­– September 12, 2019 – Newcastle Homes is pleased to announce that Shawn E. Arterburn, will be joining the team in the Pelham office.  In his new role as President, Shawn will oversee all the operations at Newcastle Homes, Inc.
 
Shawn is a senior real estate development executive with a career history of award-winning industry success spanning startup, turnaround, and growth initiatives in dynamic environments. He holds a BS in Building Construction & Contracting Technology and a Minor in Management from Purdue University. He is a Licensed Homebuilder (AL) and NASCLA-Certified General Contractor (GA), and well versed in CCIS and SBCCI building codes. 

Shawn has achieved results spearheading complex multi-phase capital development/construction projects and introducing strategic improvements to ignite growth and maximize bottom-line results. He joins us from Drummond Company/Liberty Park Joint Venture, a privately owned diversified billion-dollar enterprise based in Birmingham where he was the VP of Development. “Shawn’s history of developing high-caliber teams and cultures of excellence will be an incredible asset to our staff and sales team,” said Glenn Siddle, Owner and CEO of Newcastle Homes.
