Newcastle Homes Welcomes Ashley Donaldson to the Team as Broker/Sales Manager

Birmingham, AL ­­– August 8, 2019 – Newcastle Homes is pleased to announce that Ashley Donaldson, Broker/Sales Manager, will be joining the team at the Pelham office.

Ashley began her real estate career in residential new construction over 14 years ago in Birmingham with the largest publicly traded homebuilder in the United States. She joins us from Liberty Park Joint Venture where she was the Associate Broker for the master planned development.  Ashley specializes in New Home Sales Leadership and Training.  She has managed over 1200 contracts for families building a new home in Central Alabama. Her knowledge and expertise will be an asset to not only the sales staff, but also for Newcastle Homes customers seeking expert guidance.
