Newcastle Homes Announces Michael Anderson as new Vice President of Operations

Birmingham, AL ­­– July 25, 2019:  Newcastle Homes is pleased to announce that Michael Anderson has joined the Newcastle Team as the new Vice President of Operations. In his new role, Michael will oversee the Construction Superintendents, Production Staff and Purchasing Team.

Michael, a seasoned licensed homebuilder, has been a part of the construction industry for almost 20 years.  He began his career working in construction as a trade contractor before moving on to building new homes under his own company name.  After a 5 year Project Management role in Commercial Construction, Michael turned his passion back to residential construction where he has built, managed, or played a significant role in the construction of over 1,000 homes and townhomes. 

Michael most recently held a position as a Project Manager with a large homebuilder in the Birmingham market prior to joining the Newcastle family as VP of Operations.  In his new role with NCH he bring value in planning, budgeting, design, estimating, and process management to the team.
