Newcastle Homes Announces Phase II Now Open at Griffin Park in Eagle Point on Hwy 280

Birmingham, AL – March 22, 2019 – Newcastle Homes just released Phase II homesites which are Now Selling in Griffin Park on Hwy 280 in Eagle Point. The newest Phase also includes a brand new Knollwood Model Home located at the corner of Eagle Point Parkway and Griffin Park Trace on the former site of the old Eagle Point Golf Course and Clubhouse.
Newcastle Homes has partnered with Newcastle Construction, LLC to develop 122 homesites on Hwy 280.
